Recomendo! Um ótimo custo benefício.
Ótima localização, tudo próximo ao apartamento, existe barzinhos, pizzaria, supermercado e padaria nos arredores. A praia da paciência é ao lado e pode ser desfrutada a qualquer hora do dia. O atendimento e excelente, a anfitriã muito antenciosa com os hóspedes.
Os quartos são ótimos para dormir e descansar, mas em períodos de chuva um dos quartos encharca por causa de uma abertura no ar condicionado.

Bom custo benefício.
Local amplo, porém necessita de manutenção. Piscina pequena mas boa. Anfitriã muito gentil e prestativa.
Não gostei do fato de ter coisas soltas aonde não deveriam, ao exemplo de um porta de vidro encostada na parede atrás de um sofá no andar de cima, como estava com criança achei perigoso. Ar condicionado com muita poeira e televisão também na parte superior muito antiga e barulhenta.

O apartamento é grande e bem localizado. Não tive dificuldades em fazer contato com a anfitriã. O imóvel tem muito potencial.
As camas são um pouco duras e o imóvel precisa de alguns ajustes. Existe uma taxa de limpeza de R$150 e uma taxa de luz, calculada considerando o kwh a 1,30. Isso deveria ficar mais claro no momento da contratação. A anfitriã poderia deixar ao menos papel higiênico no apartamento para o momento da chegada dos hóspedes. A piscina poderia estar mais limpa.
